Scott arrived at the time promised and was polite and pleasant- he had worked on the washing machine a few years ago and remembered replacing some other parts. Thanks to the virtual technician the parts had been ordered making for a quick replacement of the effected part.

Lawn Mower Repair
I was very dissatisfied with Laymon customer service today. This is my second time that he has been to my home to look at an issue I was having with the Craftsman riding mower. On the first visit I explained to Laymon that the cutter belt on the mower kept slipping off he told me that the belt looked good I told him I don't care if it looked good or not that wasn't the issue I was not the issue. Laymon came out today I told him it is for the same issue I was having when he came out on 8/12 that the belt was slipping off the cutter I had already ordered a belt last year so I did not have to have Sears to charge me for a new belt that I already purchased. Laymon put the new belt on the mower all he did was started the lawn mower up and engaged the cutter gage he did not even test the lawn mower by driving it around in the yard to make sure that the belt issue was working properly. I will test the belt tomorrow 9/12 if I am having the same issue again I will contact Sears customer service I do not want Laymon to come back to my home again to fix the issue I will be in touch with service repair if the belt issue is still slipping off the cutter.

Finally!
This was the fifth appointment we had with this issue. The first one was cancelled and rescheduled with no explanation. The second one was held and a diagnosis was given and parts ordered. The third AND the fourth one was canceled. Again, no explanation. Finally on the fifth appointment, our issue was solved. Technician himself was awesome. Your company sucks!!!!!
