Technician never arrived. Been home all day waiting. Even called the office to confirm appointment. This is the 3rd no show.

Not much help
I was told that I should not wash any sheets or blankets because it is considered a large load. The advice I was given was to take those to a laundry mat. So I guess purchasing a washing machine to do your laundry at home is a pipe dream, and I should not wash more than 2 jeans and a t-shirt at one time.

This tech was very unprofessional.
Am very displeased with your tech. He was very rude he did not service my air conditioner. When he was told that the air conditioner is still not working he drove off and said he already canceled the ticket. He was at my house less the 5 minutes. He never came in to check the thermostat. I would not recommend this company.
