Sean was very respectful listen to what I had to say and then went to work to get me some air . That being said if the technician that serviced the unit at the beginning of the spring had check and cleaned all components I would not have been without air for 5 days seeing it's a new unit.

Stress Free Repair Experience
The compressor wore out in our 11 year old Kenmore Refrigerator. I called Sears, scheduled service for the same day. The tech arrived, made the repair and it's working great. The repairman was professional, confident and knowledgeable. That in itself is a plus right? I'm happy with the Kenmore appliances we have and chose repair over new. This is the first service call in years!!!
