LG Refrigerator
My LG refrigerator stop cooling over the weekend and my home warranty reprenative was able to get me an appointment with A&E (Sears Home Services) right away. I had a window from 7am to 11am, and the technician Tamim arrived at 8:30am, which I appreciated. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about refrigerators. Although he had a trainee with him, he fixed my refrigerator within a reasonable time fame and now it's cooling. Thank you!

Excellent Service
Mr. Zakiullah called to advised me he was on his way to my home. Upon his arrival he identified his company name. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I asked him if he had the part in case the heating element was defective and he said yes. He replaced the part then advised me the hose leading from the dryer going outside needed cleaning. He also conveyed by cleaning the hose it would reduce the drying time and save money on the electricity. This is the type of professional service customers expects from a company and their service technician. I thank God your company has hired Zakiullah he is a access to your business.
