Technician never arrived today
Was here last week however did not have any knowledge of my particular commercial grade stove. Indicated someone else would need to come. Was re scheduled for today but no one has been.

showed up and gave up!
After a few minutes of a quick online search said he could not find the part and gave up! I have to imagine you guys have numbers to call to manufacturers to track down parts when a simple online search doesn't work!

Dog and Pony Show But Nothing Fixed
As an Army Veteran, I am surprised the technicians put on a show of doing the work that did not achieve what I paid for - fixing our refrigerator. The assurance that the refrigerator had nothing wrong with it, that the freezer was registering -2 degrees ( Fahrenheit or Celsius was never determined but was claimed as fact from a circle of red laser light that the lead technician shined into the freezer upon arriving, showing the trainee and announcing the freezer was working). The technician also claimed the refrigerator was working, as if in surprise that I would request service! I opened two coolers where we had placed our remaining food, having trashed most of it on returning from vacation to find a bloody and sticky puddle in the freezer full of warm meat, fish, fruits, and other previously frozen food, fluids dripping down the door, the ice container full of room temperature water, with the ice maker continuing to fill and dribble. This was followed by the two technicians pulling out the refrigerator, and the lead technician sat on the floor to remove the back cover, unclip the fan pin from the vanes and claim the fan was stuck which caused the defrost to activate. He showed the other technician and asked for a towel and declared the water line was leaking ( it had been fine for years and no water was on the floor at the point where the line would have made the floor wet - under the technician sitting), but wiping up some water declared he had fixed the leak! He also mentioned there was mouse poo in there, which had no relation to the problem of a warm refrigerator in my estimation. He had the freon tank and pressure valve testor, but without testing to get an actual reading, claimed freon was fine. Both claimed the refrigerator went through a defrost cycle, which was normal. and temperature would be at normal levels within 24 hours and left. Temp is slowly rising while fan runs. At 2019 hrs, freezer temp was 53.2F, main area 51.8F

I just want my washing machine fixed!!!!
My technician came this morning to replace a control board, that I had to wait for 2 weeks to come in. He told my wife that it was fixed and working perfectly. My wife called to tell me that it's still not working. Over 1 month now without a washing machine, and have to wait another week for an appointment, not happy.

Fixed the lid but broke the washer
Now my washer is uneven, won't display error code, and spins non stop. This guy said out in another ticket. Like you broke it. Why do I need to put in another ticket!
