Stove top
We are very happy with our new stove top. There should be better communication with appointments. We were canceled 4 times and waited four weeks for our stove to be fixed. This is unacceptable. It was also unclear where the parts were delivered. We would love to stay with Sears but are questioning if we should move forward with Sears. Any help will be appreciated

I appreciate the wonderful service and attitude that this service tech gave us. The problems we had dealt with the extreme time lag awaiting parts. In my opinion, there is no excuse for being out of a washing machine for a month . . .

Jordan not told we needed keypads repaired or replaced.
Jordan came prepared for a routine maintenance call only even though I specifically told the operator who took the order we had specific problems with the numbered keypads for each door. So Jordan had to schedule another call 2 weeks from now for that.

Khalid was great. No problems. The problem I have is trying to talk to someone about my repair before they send someone who doesn't have the right parts. It's ridiculous Then we set up another appointment. Waste of time for all involved.

Flooded Basement
I never write reviews, but this is in hopes to change the system a bit. Paul came to our home as a service request from our home warranty. He was here for less than 30 minutes for what he thought was an easy fix to our washing machine. My husband started laundry about 10 minutes after he left and within 10-15 minutes of that, he went to check on the machine and our entire basement was flooded. We have no phone number for Paul and whenever we call the number that First American Home Warranty has listed, the automated system has no correlation with either of our phone numbers. It can't pull up an account at all. Of course there's no way to speak with an operator. I called the home warranty and the best they could do was put in a repeat service order for Tuesday. Today is Saturday. That was the only solution they had because they don't have access to the servicers phone numbers. It's nothing truly against Paul, it's mainly a concern that we can't get ahold of anyone to come back and fix the issue that was caused less than an hour ago.

Arrived unprepared
Technician arrived to do an annual maintenance he had done weeks before. He had ordered two new keypads but arrived without them. Ultimately, he was able to reprogram the keypads and remotes so everything was working when he left. But the communication and process in your organization is severely lacking. I can't see renewing our garage door maintenance contracts again when they are due to expire.
