3rd Times a Charm!
Ijaz came to our home on June 18 to diagnose that the oven ignitor needed replacing. He ordered the part which was shipped to our house and scheduled an appt for June 28 to come back and install the part. Our window was 7-11AM and he never showed or called. We called and were told he was running late and would be here 1-2PM. After wasting an entire day waiting, we were notified at 1:14PM that it needed to be re-scheduled. Finally, today, July 3 Ijaz came and repaired our stove. This hasn't been a very good experience and it's the 3rd oven ignitor since 2017.

Technician needed help!
The technician was unable to complete the repair without my help. He also stripped a screw by trying to force it, and wanted to replace it using a smaller screw. Luckily my neighbor who is a machinist was able to re-thread the stripped stud. I had to watch over and assist with the installation of the oven door glass, and didn't feel confident in the repairman's capabilities.

Cocky and not friendly
Repair guy today reported to Choice my unit was leaking today it wasn't .. after I had to get a temp fix to stop the leak bec the first tech came in Aug didn't repair it they rescheduled another appt and Sears didn't show ! Finally today they come and sent the claim .. big game between them to get out of doing the job under contract This was going on since Aug it's now mid Sept !

Horrible
My last two experiences with Larry have not been good one. He walks into your house without booties today it was raining, and he walked into my house with no booties, stepping on my kitchen rug the rug that myself and my children walk, barefoot on his demeanor is not nice. He talks about the client on the phone with the head office, I would never want him back for service

Rating the services from Sears technician
The technician That was supposed to come Wednesday was unable to show up because he hadn't had the tool that he needed the technician that came today was unable to service my stove because there was no serial number so now I have to deal with another person a third party person so I rate the service very poorly

Not Satisfied
Issue is still not resolved. The dryer comes on now but now makes a loud banging noise and nothing is in the dryer. There was no loud banging sound prior. The sears tech left stating the dryer was fixed. I was upstairs working from home while he was working downstairs. I went down stairs to inspect and discovered this issue. With in minutes of the tech leaving I attempted to contact him multiple times no answer so I left a message and contacted sears customer service to advise them of the issue to send the tech back out. I don't understand how this tech could leave and say it was repaired with the dryer sounding that way. Unacceptable! He should have had me come downstairs to inspect his work prior leaving. I now have wait again for another Technician to come out.
