Kenmore washing machine only fills 2 inches
Although the repair person could see that the washing machine did not fill more than 2 inches he said there was nothing he could do. He said he would be happy to order a part that he did not think I needed. Because his diagnostics showed no issues he told me there were no problems even though he could see the problem. He called for assistance and was given no help.
