Outstanding Technician
Even though we are very disappointed that our brand new GE refrigerator required service, Brad did a great job trouble shooting and fixing the problem (new control board). He is an outstanding technician. GE needs to do better (or even some) QA prior to shipping new refrigerators to make sure they work properly.

What a pleasure dealing with Sears service. So easy to book the checkup appointment. Plenty of reminders about the upcoming visit. A phone call in the morning to confirm arrival time for the visit. A courteous, smiling technician, very respectful and courteous. He explained all that he did and left not a trace of his visit. If only other companies provided customer service of this caliber.
