Efficient
Tony called to check if we needed the part and to say he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. Worked quickly. Hot it done. Only thing that might make it a little better is if service person would take the trash with him like they used to.

Fixed my Dryer
Arrived early, put 4 parts in my dryer. Had to pull dryer out and it was very dirty. He let me scrub up the floor covered it caked on dust. I was able to clean up the back of the dryer, sweep up and clean up. Not easy pulling out my dryer. He did a wonderful job. Wore gloves, mask, brushed up any link and dirt off floor. I have to use my washer and dryer almost every day. Husband is almost 89 and her is full time for me. He can't do anything.
