The tech needs proper parts.
Trell got right to work. The problem is that Sears sent incorrect parts. Trell attempted unsuccessfully to work with them but was unable to complete the job and had to reorder parts. I have another Sears tech coming back tomorrow on another appliance repair. On his first visit he determined that Sears had sent the wrong parts. There seems to be a pattern here.

Microwave repair
The overall experience to repair the microwave was unsatisfactory. There were multiple mishaps from Sears causing unnecessary delays and multiple rescheduled appointments. Additionally, the lack of accurate and timely communication from Sears further exacerbated the problem. However, the final technician "Joe" that eventually repaired the microwave was extremely punctual, professional and knowledgeable. "Joe" was the only positive in the overall experience.

Laymon went above and beyond to Fox my tractor. After I filled out all the info required about my tractor and stated that the belt had broken Laymon was not informed and did not have the correct size belt. He then went out looking for a belt. Found one and came back to fix the tractor. How many techs would have just put me on the schedule again. I am a senior and needed my tractor to mow. Thank you Laymon. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
