unit not running properly
i'm very pleased with the technician. Call me 15 minutes before he arrive.. on time very politeI show him where the unit was he went to do his diagnostic and took care the problem.

washing machine still does not work
The first appointment to repair my Kenmore washing machine was scheduled on: Monday 9/2/24 from 12-4. TECHNICIAN NO ONE SHOWED UP ( did get a call, but when I returned the call on one answered). the second was scheduled 9/9/24 repaired the water pump but did not check to see that the washing machine worked _ IT STILL DID NOT WORK Next appointment 9/16/24. 12-4 TECHNICIAN DID NOT SHOW UP. Next 9/19/24 12-4 Technician did come and ordered a part. 9/27/12 8 - 12 Technician installed the part NOW AFTER 5 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS _ TWO OF WHICH I WAITED AN ON ONE SHOWED UP I have a working washing machine!!!!! I AM VERY DISSTISFIED WITH SEARS
