Three weeks for parts with no tracking information
My technician was great. He temporarily fixed the problem until the parts arrived. It took three weeks for one of my parts to arrive. The first part came within a week. Had to wait for the second part to complete the job. Refrigerator began to not get cold again the day before the third time rescheduling.

James didn't introduce himself as he walked into my house and walked on my carpet with his shoes, other than that he was professional. My suggestion for future visits have the service people wear shoe cover

Serviceman was fine but difficult to understand. Appointment changed 5 times and no warning. Will NEVER use this service again.

He didn't fix my dishwasher.
He did not fix the dishwasher. He was very nice but left saying he wasn't sure where the problem was. The problem is still there. The dishwasher does not go through all the cycles. The heat is minor. This is so disappointing.

Total waste of money . I was clear that this error message was intermittent . Said he couldn't do anything unless the error message was on the cooktop while he was there .

Terrible Job - Took Sears 2 months to fix simple issue
Our defrost control panel was broken. It took Sears two months of cancelling appointment after appointment literally the day of almost every week before someone came out. We actually had a reliable company take care of it 3 weeks prior who ordered and installed the part within 3 business days. What's even worse is we could never reach them. Absolutely terrible experience with them.

Tony was fine; what about your scheduler?
I was given a service window between 8:00AM to 5:00PM. I took a day off from work and was waiting by 8:00AM. My technician showed-up at 3:30PM! Being given a 9-hour window by the Sears scheduler and having the technician show-up at the end of that window is ridiculously absurd! The person who scheduled this service call should be fired. It's unacceptable that Sears do this to their customers. They could at least provide a 4-hour window instead of a 9-hour window where their service person shows-up at the end of that window.

Refrigerator Repair
The job was not done correctly. Parts was ordered and not used properly. Parts was glued & taped together. It's been over a month since I had a working refrigerator. Another service appointment had to be scheduled. Waiting another week. This is unacceptable.

Hot water heater
Texh was nice but he didn't identify the problem. He changed a thermo stat for a leaking tank. It's still leaking. I will need someone to come back out to diagnose correctly

Not good
Anthony damaged the drier vent and cover on the outside of my home. The drier vent should have been disconnected before pulling and pushing the unit to access the bottom unit. I had to have the damage fixed by a 3rd party. Not good!
