Freezer frost service
The service arrival window was 8:00-12:00pm. Throughout the day it kept getting pushed back to eventually 3:00-5:00. Abdul arrived at 3:30 and was completely unaware that he was 3 1/2 hours late and offered no explanation. He adjusted the alignment of the door and advised us to "give it a gentle push" to make sure the gasket seals. He estimated the cost of a gasket replacement to be over $500 and said, "with his years of experience, the new parts are not as good as the old parts and will need replacing in a year". If the parts are so inferior and the cost of a service call is so high, the only thing I'll do in a year is Call Someone Else.

Our experience with Sears service is the worst I have ever had. Three totally missed appointments without notice, terrible and extremely difficult communication issues. ( We made at least 20 calls to try to resolve this mess.) From the time we first called it took 3 weeks for your tech to come to our home. I have been a customer of Sears in store and service for over 50 years, and I have lost all confidence in Sears.

Your technician was as good as possible under the inept conditions he had to deal with getting to us after 4 months of botched service to get us help. I'd give him a 4.5 stars. The prior handling of this issue was horrible.

Microwave issue
The repairman checked used his tools to determine microwave fuse and another issue was going on, it's not working properly & told me that parts will be needed and he would contact his company & my Home warranty soon for cost of parts shortly. I gave him my email address. He let me know each step that had to do in order to properly repair the appliance. Next day wait for company to get back to me with more info.
