Samsung fridge
Had a horrible experience. Showed the tech pictures of the fridge being at 45 degrees and a video of the fridge making a horrible noise. Said he couldn't do anything because it was a Samsung fridge and seemed to be working right now. Has been a week and the fridge stopped working and lost a whole fridge of food

Still Broken
This is the 4th appointment to have the ice tray fixed and it is still broken. Ice tray is completely frozen shut again after another new part was installed today by Keegan. I need somebody to come back ASAP to fix this thing! Thanks, Mark
