Erick was wonderful and sympathetic. He did his best to repair our refrigerator . It has been a TEN WEEK process with broken parts and no appointment availability for first four weeks then five weeks. We are hopeful the repair is complete.

Not my signature!
Thats not my signature on the excepted service estimate! I was never asked to sign it. Although it was covered under the police I have, it's illegal to sign someones name. Not a good company policy.

Review of 8/19/23
The technician looked at the washer and tested it and knew what was wrong. That was great. However, the dryer is making scratching sounds when clothes are drying. I had a few towels there for him. He said he didn't need to put them in. And said nothing was wrong. However it was not repaired. I'm not happy about this.

Tighten the service times please.
It is not acceptable to give a 9 hour window of service, requiring that people take a full day away from work to sit and wait. Also, you should leave a phone number in this new trend to online notifications. The do-it-yourself, online model is going to .push people to use smaller, more locale service companies, especially older people. The service man was great though!

Nonsense
Tech said leak must be due to compressor failure. That's nonsense. LG says it's probably a drain pan problem and has nothing to do with the compressor. I'll hire a real tech to fix it. Meanwhile I want a refund.

Unimpressed with microwave repair
Today I waited all day for the technician, and he never showed up. This is the second time it has happened to me. The one time he's visited the house the wrong part was ordered if you're not planning to show up at least communicate so you're not wasting my time. It's been 2 1/2 months to fix the microwave, very unimpressed

Horrible!! Will never use Sears again
You can never speak to a human. Everyone pushes the buck. No one calls you back. I had to pay multiple deductibles to have repairman come and problem still isn't fixed yet they continue to charge me monthly!! Never will recommend!!
