Replaced motor in a Samsung dishwasher
Scott came out when he said he was going to be there and quickly replaced the motor to our dishwasher. Scott was very polite and professional also. Very knowledgeable in appliance tech!

The technician was great! Sears Home Services? Nope.
Our technician was great but the company is so poorly run, first we had a no-show after waiting all day, then the fix, which if they charged by the hour should have cost under $100 cost over $400. It cost almost $400 in labor for less than 45 min of work. They promised discounts over the phone then never conveyed to the repair person, then denied they ever did. Just atrocious customer service. Never again.
