with Rudy everything was very good , but the company did not show up for 2 months I was waiting all day and the other guy was very irresponsible , we pay a lot for the insurance and they no show up many times , I was very mad

Geralson was out to our house twice. Once to diagnose the issue, which appeared to me could have been done in the call for service and saved the trip. The second time for the installation of the new controller. Each time, he was courteous, efficient, and professional. I was extremely appreciative of his willingness to come out the second time as late as it was with the second trip having been rescheduled 3 times.
