He is a fantastic technician. We were so lucky to have him. He did a great job. He went in to fix the repair and then found another that needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond the original request to take care of it which he had to order the part which he did right away and then schedule another time to come back, which he did right on time, I hope that if I ever need a repair again that I get him.
