Sears responded to my deliema very quickly; Which happened to be a disable washing machine. The technician was very accommodating and explained the problem. He order the part for the machine and fortunately for me it was delivered and installed later the same day. He even showed me how to take better care of the machine. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The technician was courteous and competent, and he was able to fix the problem without having to replace any part. However, I was told when I made the appointment that the technician would come with appropriate parts so he would not have to come back again, and that was not the case. Furthermore, I was told that the technician would arrive around 8:45 and that I would be informed of any delays; but the technician arrived at 1:30, and there was never any notification about the delay.
