Freezer Ice maker replacement.
Fednel & Arben were terrific.
Arben, although NOT his fault, arrived 3 & 1/2 hrs after the scheduled time. But, he diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts. On the follow-up appointment, Fednel quickly installed the new equipment, and now, after 3 LONG MONTHS, we finally have Ice again.
While we were happy we purchased the extended full warranty, the booking service and the scheduling is, unfortunately, horrible. They canceled, rescheduled, and gave us the wrong appointment times., etc. In addition, we could never check the status online, because the system could not recognize the very number to which it had texted us.?!?!! Getting service was like "root canal." The only way to get response was after calling the Attotney Generals Office, and then waiting on hold with the Warranty Provider for an hour to get a "live person" to inform them that the AG's office was interested in helping us if we couldn't get service.
It was very unfortunate, because ONCE your technicians came out, they worked quickly & professionally.
