Dishwasher repair
Effective. On time. In and out. Professional throughout the process.

Ok but...
He apparently did a good job diagnosing and fixing the valve. However, I have to hire someone to put the dishwasher back in place before I can use it. Not happy about that. I have photos if u want to see.

Not good!
My appointment was supposed to be 9/5, then changed to 9/6. I received a message saying between 8-12, never came until 4:45, stayed 5 minutes and said the heat coming from the top was normal, I've never had a gas stove getting so hot on the top. Said the peeling inside the oven wasn't covered under warranty, still should not be peeling. I do not believe that should be happening! Very disappointed.

Bad/no service.
The man, who was supposed to reconnect the hose to our dryer and turn on the gas, didn't do so. He said he wasn't a plumber. So now our dryer still is inoperable and my wife has to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes. I will not pay good money for bad service;

Poor service!
So I had an appointment this morning for my microwave to get serviced and absolutely no one showed. No one called or informed me that they were not coming! It's been over a month now that I haven't had a working microwave! This is ridiculous at this point.

He came this morning and said the microwave can't be repaired and he left like the other guy who came for the fridge

The problem was not solved. The dryer is noy working now
The technician came to fix a dryer that was not heating. After installing the new parts he order the dryer absolutely stopped.

Horrible and Lazy Technician
All I can say this person should be fired. An individual who doesn't want to lift a finger, afraid of ruining his nails. Sears has reached new lows. Horrible customer service and technician. This is not the first time I haven't been happy with their technician but this tops it all. I don't want to post negative feedback but this was plainly horrible. Stay away from them.

Incomplete and inefficient
The maintenance was far less than what was performed the last 4 times. I'll call Monday to scheduled a complete maintenance on both washer and dryer. Turning a fee dials and watching for coded is not much of a maintenance check.
