The technician was terrific. On time, explained the work he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. Courteous and professional. The process of scheduling a repair is the most frustrating and annoying experience I have ever had. Countless delays, never able to get in contact with a live person, no confirmation calls (I would receive them after the job has been finished or was canceled). I will be canceling my warranty contract with Sears soon after due to this. And the fact that each time an appliance needs to be repaired it takes about 3 months to get service. Not the technicians fault at all. The repair service system is terrible.

The experience is bad. 8-12 window and the technician shows up after 3pm. I lost a days pay and work because of SEARS. This isnt the first time SEARS has done this. Clearly you dont care.
