Both techs bad

The first technician did not even thoroughly examine the dishwasher. And had he done his job properly? He would have found glass in the pump. And enable to remove it, and the dishwasher would have worked without ordering an extra part. The second technician Ronald was better, but he did not clear the glass from the bottom of the dishwasher either he did not point that out. The first technician was a complete waste of time.

Tech. Only check if the unit had Freon. He said that there's a leak. He didn't know where the leak was, at a cost of over $600. he said he would put some Freon in with some dye in the Freon with some leak repair in it. But he didn't check for any leak. Why he didn't check for a leak at the beginning?

Technician was disrespectful and tried to bully me into paying more than agreed upon. Came unprepared to complete the job and blamed others. Misrepresented the truth regarding my not willing to pay HIS requested amount. Would have assigned zero if that were a choice. A total of five appointments were scheduled to complete my repair job one of which he didn't attend .

What's Sears could do better is actually train their techs to know how to diagnose and fix the equipment Sears installed. Nothing like spending 30k for ac units to have them breakdown and Sears doesn't know how to fix the problem then to be told let's cancel your master protection plan and refund since we don't know how to fix the issue!

Rude, inconsiderate, sloppy, and does poor work. He didn't show up after waiting all day, called and said he had too much work to do. Anyone would be better off watching a YouTube video and doing the work themselves.
