Would not help me move the washer back against the wall where it was before original repair man came before part was ordered. I would not use him ever again. Very rude!

No lucense. Couldn't work on my ac unit.
After a week of cancellations, a tech finally showed only to tell he wasn't licensed to work on my ac. He left.

Tech did not perform repair
Tech arrived and informed us, we did not have a service repair request in to repair the A/C unit. He stated he could not even perform a diagnostic on the unit. If we wanted him to repair the unit, we would have to pay out of pocket. The tech then left once we refused to pay out of pocket for the service. This is becoming a really big problem dealing with Sears and Cinch!

Poor Service Technician
Service technician arrived in a timely manner. Technician did not want to diagnoise ice maker problem. The technician threatened to charge extra to diagnoise the problem because he would have to do more work. I had to write multiple checks before my check was approved. Technician did not list defective part on my receipt. Technician injured my vegetable plants when leaving.

Worst Service in USA
Reported dishwasher problem on April 4th. Service person showed up and determined problem needed a part, which he said would be ordered. No adtievice the norm for this company? Yes...because this twice they have done this in my property. PS- it cost me a service fee to obtain this none service.

Refrigerator still not working
This is the 4 th time Thomas has been out to repair my refrigerator and every time 1 ting is fixed something else goes out. Mind you he was in training the 1st 2 times but one would think that having been sent to repair my refrigerator 4 times he would clearly see that it need more attention than a reset!

Work not completed
Young came on 3/7/24. Did not fix the washer. Previous week befor, another tech came by and stated the washer needed a part . Part was order but the tech who came on yesterday, claims he fixed the washer without the part. My washer needs fixing now. I have an elderly mother who requires her clothes to be washed every other day. ,

Did not work
Mr Roberto assured us that the microwave was fixed. We did not use it immediately due to the fact that we were going out once the service was rendered. When we returned home and tried to use the microwave it did not work st all.

Once he left the washer flooded my laundry room. Was told he return at 5:30 and nothing by 9 pm!!!!

Nothing fixed
Frustrated with him not being able to fix the problem b/c Sears doesn't pay for repair if a technician breaks something trying to make the repair. Another repair person needs to be sent out to attempt replacement of parts. However, the first technician took the parts. We are not sure if he didn't know how - he seemed frustrated. Please send another technician. We waited all day. SEPT 21 bc we got notice a tech would come between 8 and 5. No one called or showed up. Not pleased with Sears service up to this point.
