Dryer repair - horrible technician

Dryer was not properly repaired after 3 months of being inoperative. My dryer is soaking wet inside. A & E is horrible

Repeatedly had service for the same issue. Same parts replaced multiple times when fridge should have been deemed unrepairable. The wait time to get an appointment was always to long and given a window from 8a to 5pm is certainly not convenient for customers. Byron was fine but company is very difficult to deal with. Waited 1 time for the diagnostic report to be sent for over 6 weeks and then had to have them come again to do since it was never sent.

your technician did absolutely nothing but snap some pictures and told me that the problem was my coil filter was dirty and that he could not check anything else because it threw off his measurements with his equipment. he did however, offered to clean the coils with my garden hose for an additional $69 which I declined. I did it myself. I still see no difference, I would Have given him a score of zero, but it was not available to me.. I will be making a complaint to the Warranty Company. 4 minute service call after waiting nearly three weeks. I thought that Sears had a better reputation.

Was turned off the moment he was told he had to go in the attic. ALL other AC techs over the years have had no safety issues. I'm glad my unit was working or I would've had to be uncomfortable four days longer due to his unwillingness to do his job. Maybe the field is not the place for him.

Horrible !!! Bate and switch professiona spoke yo a foreigner on the phone who can't understand one another and changed the price once the man came out to put my oven door on the hinge for 318.00 never again and will tell everyone.

I waited all day and the technician never showed up but logged that he did. I received a survey asking for my feedback. Really? To make matters worse, I've been on hold with Sears service line for 70 minutes and they are experiencing high volume calls. Shocking!

Awful. He said the wrong breaker was installed causing my home warranty to void the claim. That is absolutely not true. The correct breaker is installed for this phase 3 unit.

I only gave a 1 star because it would not let me post without making a selection. RATING is 00000000, worst ever. Your guy did not show up. I was schedule from 7am-6pm, later told it would be 9:53pm before the guy would show up. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. WASTED A HOLD DAY WAITING FOR JEROME.
