poor service
very brusque, not willing to listen and stated that the only way we can get the Maytag washer repaired is to buy a Seats warranty. Unfortunately looks like we will have to buy a new washers

Sears has failed
The tech came in and said I have no idea how to fix this and left. I have Sears master protection plan and Sears installed 4 mini split AC units but cannot seem or the know how to fix any issues with them. Every time I have a problem it takes at the very least 7 techs to come out and say the same thing. I don't know how to fix this. Especially when I call and specifically tell them I need a tech that knows how to fix them. And yet continue to fail. The amount of money I spent on these units and cannot use them is nothing short of ridiculous.
