Technician
Roberto was a good diagnostician but put me off when he didn't believe me about why my dryer was on air. When it didn't heat. I put the dryer on air in hopes of drying the clothes in the dryer. I don't know why it wouldn't heat, but it didn't heat before I put it on air. He told my house keeper, who spoke with him in Spanish, that the problem was that I the dryer was on air, indicating he didn't believe me. I could not always understand his English. His interpersonal skills were abrasive. He also complained that the previous technician hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly; that is between him and the previous technician, not me.

The technician arrived and immediately began discussing what the customer had to pay and how much it would be if I had written a bad check etc; I do fully understand that the services rendered must be paid for... However, at least start on the job first. It is NOT my intention to be difficult, but please 🙏 know that when people need something taken care of they are not really excited about making a claim and so forth. I hope that [IF] I have to deal with this company that the experience is much better. Thank you Robert LeBeauf

Do better please
Today restored some faith in what has been a surprisingly negative experience for the past two months. I didn't appreciate the automated phone system with no option to speak to a representative and constantly being referred to a different number which led to another automated phone system. Also, it should be mandatory for the service provider to call the customer if they must cancel the appointment instead of a text message. Thank you for finally delivering the service I have come to expect from Sears.

Tech did a good job but not a complete job. He refused to level the fridge and install the trim work between and around the fridge and the freezer leaving that for me to do.

Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful in this warranty repair. However General Electric's customer service is horrific. They refused to allow this repair to be completed. I will NEVER purchase another GE product ever again.

Appliance repair service
Initial contact to schedule meet with appointment not scheduled. Had to wait additional week for service to be performed. On Friday service performed and the quoted repair cost was higher than cost noted on the receipt for service received. The service person had a problem with his phone therefore my initial method of payment could not be accepted because his phone was not set up to accept the payment. Sears service is definitely not what it use to be. Needs improvement.

Washing machine repair
While Roberto was competent and able to diagnose the problem very quickly and make the repairs, all in about 40 minutes, his demeanor left a lot to be desired. He lacked customer awareness and was unfriendly - almost downright rude. He seemed to resent any questions and did not want to interact. I would NOT choose to have him as my repairman in the future. I have purchased ALL of my appliances from Sears for the past 50 years and use Sears repair service. This is the first time I have been disappointed. I didn't want to have to give only 3 stars, but this repairman was definitely not up to my standards and did not represent Sears very well at all.

My air-conditioning..
The coustmer service is perfect,But the technicans that are coming out are not taking care of business,I've not had my A/C working in over two months,5 different companies have come out an its still not working,this next appointment will make # 6,I hope this next one can get it repaired its over 100 degrees here in New Orlean!!s
