I rate BRUCE VERY HIGH,,he knows what he's doing,,whereas some others DONOT!!!!ALSO I HAVE COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY,,A TECHNICIAN was suppose to come to my property on 3 DIFFERENT DAYS!!! DID NOT SHOW UP AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL EITHER!!!VERY POOR CUST SERVICE,,I WOULD LIKE TO GET A CALL BACK FROM A SUPV WITH SEARS !!!! THANK YOU

Annual Check-Up of Applicances
Roberto was certainly courteous and thorough in checking our appliances, for which we have kep up the warranties since we purchaed them in 2006. He instructed us on how we can keep them in good running condition until the next check-up. I can recommend him without hesitation. My only concern is that the system has changed, so that now instead of being provided a 4-hour window when the technician might arrive, we are now told the technician may arrive anything from 8am to 5 pm. SInce we are a working household, such a large time frame is not very useful for us in planning our day efficiently. Can this system return to to former procedure of am or pm? Only being contacted by computer generated messages is not very reassuring.

Frustration about company overall
This is about your system of scheduling and reminders. It sucks. First I have needed 5 trips here for one dishwasher over 4 months. Mainly waiting on parts the takes weeks to get appt. When it asks if need to reschedule and I do so it does NOT work right. And try to get a person. FORGET THAT I TRIED MANY WAYS TO REACH CORPORATE OR TECHNICIAN So based on this I rate AM RATING SEARS ….1 THIS IS NOT A TECH RATING
