Dryer repair
Too expensive to just replace a blown fuse! Technician work is ok. And guarantee is only 30 days. Not happy with sort of over charging for a simple repair.

Washer Repair
This technician was very unprofessional and combative. He immediately stated that the previous technician may have made a mistake, and he had to re-evaluate the problem because "it would fall on him." He completed all the diagnostics that was done at the prior visit and did not find anything different from the previous technician. He informed me he had 20 plus years of experience and the new technicians make mistakes. I have had a problem with this technician before when he hung the phone up in my face because I questioned him on how rude he was at a previous visit. Today, he refused to complete the visit and install the part on my washer because he wanted me to sign a form stating there was damage to my washer and floor when there was none. He started to leave and take the ordered part with him. I told him to leave the part because it was my part that was delivered to my home and would be here for the next technician. I asked him to leave, and he again refused to leave the part. I told him if he did not leave and leave the part, I would call the police. He blocked my door with his foot as I was attempting to close the door. I again told him to leave, or I would call the police. I did not refuse him installing the part. He left because I did not want to sign the form.

Washer finally fixed
Washer finally fixed and Roberto provided great service but had to wait since early June to get it fixed. There were 4-5 times I would have to reschedule through my Sears page due to work or other issues and my rescheduled appointments would not be seen/honored on the technician's account. That is a major problem that Sears management needs to look into. Also, a few times I would reschedule through my home warranty company and those appointments would not be honored. It's like the appointment was basically never booked even though it was visible on my account/Sears page. I blame Sears management for the glitch and that needs to be looked into by their website and/or IT department. I finally found a customer service email and after sending many emails, they would reschedule on my behalf based on my availability and after 2-3 past appointments that did not go through the system AGAIN, it's finally late July and my washer is fixed. This rescheduling issue NEEDS to be looked at by Sears management and their IT/website department. When a customer has to reschedule online, that new appointment should be honored. Most of my appointments were not honored with no upcoming reminder emails/texts about the appointment. This happened to me close to 10 times over the course of two months.

I wish my machine could have been fixed.
Roberto gave me a different diagnose for my washing machine then the previous tech. Both were courteous. Both were unable to complete repairs. Roberto seemed more negligible . He was not able to get authorization to install parts which he had on hand that were required completion of the task.
