Roberto was efficient and on time. He call two (2) times to let me know when he would arrive to start the job. Roberto explain that an additional part was needed and he would be able to get the part today so that the washer would be fixed today. Roberto called to inform me he was on the way back to complete the job. He answered questions with patience and courtesy. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the technician. Thank you
