Still not working
I believe not all three parts were changed. Left one old part in box on kitchen floor but took other one with him. Icebox is still not working. What do we do now?

He didnt fix the problem
He assure me the problem was fix but it wasn't. Im very disappointed!!

!! STILL WITHOUT A WASH MACHINE !!
Called to fix noisy scraping sound. Mark came and called in a parts list that would be shipped to us. Installation to be on 8/22. all parts didn't get here - installation moved to 8/29 Mark came with helper to assist on 8/29. Mark said he ran thru the cycles (without clothes), seemed to be working. My wife put in her first (light} load on 8/31. When it got to the rinse cycle, the machine started banging like an imbalance had occurred. When she opened the machine the agitator had lifted and the upper part was laying crosswise in the tub. It took twenty minutes to get the knotted mess untangled. Noticed a 1-1/4" gap between the bottom of the agitator and the bottom of the tub. We straightened the load, restarted the rinse cycle and in less than a minute the machine was banging again. We un-knotted the mess again, straightened the load, and restarted the rinse cycle. In less than a minute the machine was banging against the wall again. On 9/7 Mark came back. Told us his helper hadn't pushed the the agitator all the way down. He very forcefully pushed the agitator down. He told us it should be good for another 14 years with the new parts. He told us that he still had 4 more calls to do yet that night. My wife put in another light load and we sat down for supper. When it got to the rinse cycle the machine started hitting the wall again! Less than an hour after Mark left. The next appointment was set for the 13th. I got reminder e-mails on the 11th, 12th, & 13th. Mark didn't call or show up by 6:pm so we went to Wed. night prayer meeting. That 1-1/4" gap is still there.

Report to insurance misleading to make us pay for new equip
Mark stated I use acid on my Microwave to clean when I never use anything but damp towel to clean. Please do not report untrue items in report for insurance claim because you rather not work in tight area in which microwave was placed.
