Water leak
Charles was pleasant and professional, however the problem he came to repair is still occurring. Not totally on him. There has been two other repairmen come for this problem, for a total now of 6 visits.

WASHING MACHINE REPAIR
Washer seems to be working better . EXCEPT ! It only takes in a little water , very little , then when it rinses a lite comes on saying rerinse and spin .

Job not finished
The job was not completed. I need new blades and either he or my wife decided it was acceptable to leave it unfinished. The mower deck should have been installed.

Washer
I have set here all day long waiting on someone to come work on my washer and no one showed up. Said he tried to call but I did not receive any calls. Then sent a bill for the repairs that wasn't even done. I just need my washer fixed.

LG refrigerator
My refrigerator is still not fixed. It has been out since July. They replaced computer board and compressor and it's still not working. Please help with this problem.

Washer remained unprepared for more than 4 months
Please know, this rating covers the entire experience —- not simply Mark. I phoned early in 2024. No technician was available for weeks. Mark was finally sent and he diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts. Then, he showed up KNOWING the parts had not arrived. He came a third time and put on one set of parts and indicated the second set was not correct. Then, my ticket was closed. I called multiple times and kept getting the run around. When I asked for a new washer, I got passed on to multiple people and departments for weeks. Appointments were scheduled and missed. Finally, I again requested a new washer. That is when I was scheduled for a "specialist." He showed up and diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes. He ordered the parts again. One week later, Mark shows up to repair the washer and did so in short order. The problem here is it took much longer than it should have to repair my washer especially since it is under warranty.
