Repairman

Jeremy called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. My husband was at the house . Jeremy tried to replace the 2 parts that had been ordered for 4 months. The new parts did not fix the washer. Jeremy explained to my husband that to fix my washer is very expensive , so the best answer is to replace my washer. Jeremy did all that he could do.

Amazing!

Mark was great! He had to come back due to a part being ordered and put everything in and explained why our washer wasn't working properly. He called ahead to tell us he was on the way and when he got here. And he was polite to us and our 4 legged kids!

Kenmore wall oven

Paul was very professional & pleasant. Asked lots of questions about what exactly the oven was doing or not doing. He decided it was not the oven problem but circuit breaker. So we will check that.
