Super Outstand Repair Tech
After waiting FIVE MONTHS to the day, JANUARY 14 to JUNE 14, from contacting Sears for service, Repairman Albert H. arrived and worked diligently to make the washer unit replacement to my washer / dryer unit. He was missing needed parts, that should have been included with particular parts delivered, but arranged for a local "will call" pick up of the parts so that the washer would be working when he departed my locations. He was very professional, friendly, and informative of what was going on at all times. I could not be more satisfied with Albert H. and his work. However, in all my years of Protection Agreements on an assortment of appliances with Sears and calls for service from time to time over those years, I could not be MORE DISATISFIED with the FIVE MONTHs of calls trying to get this unit repaired or replaced. It has been a nightmare, and I have all the dates, times, who I spoke with, what was said, etc. to prove it. I would be happy to speak to a Sears Area Rep to share details, but I know that no one in authority with Sears really want to know. I am ashamed of how highly I have always recommended Sears to family and friends if this is how the program works now.
