I recently had the pleasure of working with Bobby from Sears Appliance Repair, and I can't speak highly enough of his service. Our outside air-conditioning unit had stopped working, leaving us without cooling in the middle of summer. Bobby quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor and replaced it efficiently. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand, and had our air-conditioning unit up and running in no time. Thanks to Bobby, our service was restored back to normal, and we can enjoy a cool home once again. I highly recommend Bobby and Sears Appliance Repair for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
