Steven not only quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer after a thorough examination, but returned after the replacement part was delivered and installed it proficiently. He took the time to explain everything to me; his demeanor was friendly as well as professional.

Service of tech great
The service technician was great but scheduling the service was a nightmare. I tried repeatedly to do it on the app and an error message came up that said it wasn't working. Then I went to the website and got all the way through trying to schedule it there and then it wasn't working either. I called the 800 number it told me to call and it kept saying I needed to do this on the website which I couldn't do. Finally scheduled it with a person and only got texts from a virtual assistant and I never got a call back giving even a 2-hour window so I was left to believe the tech would come anytime for 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
