LG icemaker repair
The technician did ok once we could get someone to show up. Had to reschedule 3 times before we could get some one to show up. Took almost 4 weeks from time problem reported until repair completed.

Dishwasher
Didn't do anything, no diagnostic check. My dishwasher went down and didn't figure out why. Wasn't here 5 min. I owned dishwasher 3 years and had nothing but trouble . Service tech been here 10 times .

For the 2nd time, my serviceman never showed up, with no correspondence. I had an appointment 9/29 and they didn't show up and didn't call. I had a rescheduled appointment today, 10/9, and they didn't show nor call.

Very disappointed
I waited all day 8 to 5 technician didn't come until almost 420 and after being without air for over a week I'm still without air but paid technician service fee to home out. Very disappointed with the service and with choice warranty
