The technician did a great k job UNTIL he tried & tried hooking up water line. Said he thought he got it. Didn't as water came running out from under dishwasher. He said call & reschedule for tech to come out & fix it. Got a call yesterday afternoon saying a tech would be coming today between 8 & 5. So far have heard nothing What's the deal. Where are they?Have been without dishwasher going on 3 weeks! HELP !!!

Gary was super fast completing all 3 appliances in a half hour. He explained what he was doing. He adjusted our ice maker (so tomorrow we should have normal size ice cubes… not a clomp of ice cubes.

400 to 500 for icemaker fix
John was good but an extra 129 on top of 109 is too high. Then up to 4oo or 500 to fix..outrageous.

He was not able to repair ice maker. Seemed not to have enough knowledge. He vacuumed the compressor coils with my vacuum and said "let's see if that works ?" Numerous appts have been scheduled but not kept. The issue has not been resolved.
