The worst technician of Maytag company!
He was very rude not very professional and told my husband to fix it himself and he order the part and said he won't be back again He didn't know much about it had to research the code on the washer was.He degrade my home.

Zero stars, only because I can't give negative
He never showed, never called. Kept pushing back appt time, then updated that he had arrived and closed the service call. He was never here!!! I waited ALL DAY!!!
