Fix ice maker.
Ice maker was replaced a year ago. This time wire in freezer door broke again. He gets it to turn on, but ice maker does not make ice over night. His solution: order a new door. Cost over $1,200. A brand new refrigerator is slightly more than that. Next solution: get home warranty while he is here with 50% discount. We have spent close to $500 with Sears Home Services in last year. Ice maker still does not work. If we replace the refrigerator it will not be through Sears.

wash machine
Derek S. came installed the new parts under the washer, set it back up, turned it on, he did not set the washer to come on, run water in it, set it to run through its cycle. to check the washer out! told me I was ready to go. he picked up the extra new parts, & left. I loaded cloths in, put laundry detergent in set washer instruction, couldn't hear water Running in, run a few second, THE letters showed up LE, checked my washer book, learned that's A MOTOR ERROR HAS OCCURRED. followed SOLUTIONS the LE error CODE persists, call for SERVICE. It is my understanding a repair service provider is to make sure HIS service is working properly before leaving the resident. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WASHER FOR 4 WEEKS> NOT SATFACTORY!!!

Not fixed
Was under the understanding that ice maker was going to be replaced along with electrical wiring repaired on the lower left side of refrigerator. Upon getting home tonight from work I see ice maker has in fact been replaced. But no attempts at wiring repair. It is easy to see the wires broke in two. Therefore new ice maker still isn't working. It has no power....the wires are broke. Any expedited attempts at fixing would greatly be appreciated.

Repair did not fix the problem
One hour after the repairman left after waiting three weeks to get someone out when I already had the part three weeks ago not showing up one day I took off work and not even calling me. They came in fix it today they said, but I'm getting the FQ air which says it Hass to do with draining. I can't go another week without laundry and I can't take off another day of work. I need it fixed. This is insane.
