Ronnie did an EXCELLENT check up!!! NO previous tech did anything close to this: He took the top off, checked the hoses, wiped bits off, cleaned inside the discharge hose! He took the bottom cover off, actually checked everything, wiped clean under the washer! Checked inside and the seal, cleaned out the seal area. He checked his check list, did a test, all was good. Took 40 minutes in total. DO NOT LOSE THIS TECH!! He is thorough, very kind, soft spoken, speaks well and pays attention to details!

Technician was very nice. Was very quick on the estimate. Turns out it will be less expensive to replace the water softner.

The technician did a good job explaining what the problem was. I’m just not willing to pay $600.00 for a new ice maker when my refrigerator is 9 years old. I can buy a lot of bags of ice for that price. I’ll put that money towards a new one when that time comes.
