AC service
Nicholas did our preventive maintenance and then returned to do additional work. As with the first visit, Nicholas kept us notified of his arrival time, was respectful of our home, explained all the work needed/completed, and gave us some additional tips to maximize our AC/Furnace capabilities.

Technician Great...Sears not so much so.
The technician did what was asked, what he could based on the fact that he wasn't given the information to arrive with the correct parts to fix the tractor. I communicated that one of the primary reasons for the call was to install a correct deck belt. He was not told this so did not have the part. He did give me a few helpful tips and considering the distance he had to drive was a good sport.

Better explaination of documents is needed
Everything else was fine, he was on time and polite, but he had me sign off on his phone some documents without explaining that one of them was a waiver for any damages done to my home while he was working on my appliances. I never would have signed had I realized. He just said sign these and had me sign something twice or so I thought. Later on I received the email confirmation of the signed documents. This is not the way to do business.

Nicholas was really easy to talk with and seemed very knowledgeable. I was short of 5 stars still having questions regarding my Sears Home Warranty. The AC and Furnace should have been throughly checked out but we spent all of the time at the condenser. There he showed me a number of problems.
