Dryer not working
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WAITED OVER A MONTH. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN. I WAS LIED TOO OVER AND OVER NOT ONLY BY THE SEARS AGENTS BUT THE TECHNICIAN AS WELL. DON'T EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM SEARS.

Still Leaking!!
Tech was out here 3 times now. Left yesterday and we turned dishwasher on and water was all over the kitchen! Been a month without a dishwasher. Can't call Sears, no number available. If they have to come out again this will be trip number 4 for the same issue in a month. Over it.

Mis diagnosed
He told me my water line is the problem but it's not because we checked that first and it was flowing fine. We disconnected it at the fitting and water was flowing fine until it got to the refrigerator. Im not happy with service because i do not believe he diagnosed it correctly.

This is sad.
His first sentence to us was "the company I work for won't fix anything unless it's broken." My ice maker throws ice flying out of the chute. It also breaks the ice while not on crushed ice. My food in freezer has numerous crystals on food. My other freezers don't. His only response-"this is normal". No, it's not.
