I can't review Raul because he never came to my house
Raul never came to our address I'm not sure where he went because we had the right address and phone number listed It was written that I declined service ? That makes no sense since I made the appointment.. this is by far the worse service I've ever received. Between Choice Warrenty and Sears I'm not sure who is worse . Trying to contact a live representative and not a recording is next to impossible . It took a week to get th e appointment and now I have to make a new appointment. I did speak to a Sears representative and she was clueless and didn't understand what I was trying to tell her . THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE EVER !!!!

Hector is very nice and thought he fixed our machine. But he did not fix it. We have the same error code 2.0 that we've gotten five other times when all the other technicians have come out. This dishwasher is still not working properly. The 2 sears repair guys that came out on a Saturday 2 or 3 weeks before Hector did not fix the problem either and scratched my hardwood floors into spots!. Hector was careful and did not scrap the floor but unfortunately he did not fix the machine. A guy name Olso came out June 28 and he thought he fixed the machine but did not either. It is the same error code 2.0 this Frigidaire dishwasher sucks.! I've been dealing with repair services since January 16.! Please fix the machine or give me credit towards a new one.

This was not a good experience at all! Shame on Sears!
I want to start out by saying that this review was not made in haste. I first gave sears multiple times to rectify. I pay for the monthly subscription to home repairs. My dishwasher was not draining properly. I utilized Sears. They came out and the tech they sent said that she needed to order the parts for the dishwasher and said she would do that. Never went into further detail. She came back out after that and then said she could not work on our dishwasher until my husband removed it from its space so they could easily access it, we said fine and my husband did so. Then they were scheduled to come back following week, only to be cancelled on without notification several times. After finally getting ahold of a representative to care about my inconvenience it turns out that she never ordered the parts, and I was also suppose to confirm to them that I received the parts which was never explained to us. We explained to the representative that our dishwasher was sitting in the middle of our kitchen for over a week and they kept cancelling our appts with no formal notice. When you call its a horrible experience.. almost as if on purpose so that you just wanna give up. Getting disconnected, being refused when asking to speak to a manager, having no one in management that can resolve a bigger issue. So after many complaints we anchored down a time and date...They came early at a time that my husband wasn't home to monitor. They left saying that the dishwasher was fixed but my husband said they never even hooked it back up to the electrical or the water hookup. So, my question is how do they know it's working correctly????? A Sears Supervisor was supposed to reach out to me but surprise no one has reached out. I really just wasn't my last 7 months of payments back because nothing is worth this headache, and they certainly have not lived up to their end of the bargain. I can never just call and get someone that knows what they are talking about or cares

Lack of knowledge
Unfortunately, my AC went out with 90 degree weather. They arrived first thing in the morning (which is good) with a friendly attitude. The issue wasn't with the promptly arrival, it was with the knowledge of what was wrong with the unit. I attempted to go through my home warranty, but unfortunately it was denied because the technician gave false information to the warranty company. He stated there was faulty wiring which in turn lead to my claim being denied. I then had another company come out the same day (thankfully) and stated nothing was wrong with the wiring, but the condenser coils needed to be cleaned and the freon was low. I would NOT recommend them due to their lack of knowledge. I never write negative responses, but this situation drove me to because now I have to pay out of pocket for something that should've been covered. Good luck if you use them.

The technician, Isnan arrived on time. He was very friendly and explained all aspects of the air conditioner repair. The repairs were successfully completed in a timely manner.

Poor service
About 3 to 4 weeks ago I called Sears home services to repair my refrigerator . It was not cooling, freezer working. About a week later someone came out and repaired the unit. worked okay for approx one week and stopped cooling food. Now the ice maker is not working correctly. We have been without a fridge for one month plus. I was forced to purchase new refrigerator (not from Sears). I have had a service contact with Sears for about 25 years and when my current contract expires I will not be renewing.

I give him a negative 10. He's LAZY and a LIAR an do not wanna do any work. Cancelled 2nd appt an didnt even notify me. He can never come back to my home to service ANYTHING!

Not what I expected
The tech basically checked refrigerator and freezer for temp and seam air leaks. He didn't clean the condenser of debris, check coolant pressure or any sort of PM on the equipment. So I'm paying you, to tell me it's still working and that's it until something breaks. So if he's instructed by your company only to check and see if it's running he did great
