This service technician came to my home 3x order every part and couldn't fix my dryer. Then when my wife went down to wash, she found that the pipe had been broken off with heating tape wrapped around it(water running out of it). I called to complain and ask that he never come back. So who do they send on next service appt? Same destructive incompetent service technician. Beware watch the service tech at all time

This was the worst, most unprofessional service we ever had. Chayane called mid-morning to inform us that he was 10 minutes away. He then asked if we had received the parts that had been ordered, and I said yes. Then he ask me if I was sure if this repair is what I wanted to do; he asked how old is the ice maker (it's about 15 years old); he "reminded" me that I had spent about $800 on the machine so far, and that he could not guarantee that the machine would work after he finished. I reminded him the it was my money; that a new ice maker could cost twice as much; and that his job was to install the parts I already paid for, and the calculated risk was not not something I wanted to discuss with him. In short, I got the impression he did not want to do the install, so I told him if he did not want to come, please send someone else. After further discussion he said he would come if that's what I wanted. When he came, he looked at the ice maker, then immediately said we would have to provide him with "access to the machine" or else he could not repair it because it was under the counter. The other technicians who came before him clearly could see that the ice maker slides out with little effort, so my wife pulled it for him. Finally, when he finished he did not test the machine to see if it was working properly. He simply told my wife he had installed the parts, and then he left. This was not a pleasant experience. We now have a leak from a part that was just replaced and working two weeks ago. Not good!!!

TERMINOLOGY!!!
The technician's diagnosis determined whether or not the warranty company covered by claim. Because the technician reported that the broiler temperature "was not normal" and caused the control panel on my stove to shut down, my claim is denied!!! I am sorely disappointed that someone who claimed to have 30-years of experience in the appliance business, would make such a blunder :-(, when during his visit he indicated that a new control board and/or transformer was needed?!?!?!?! If/when we purchase another applicance IT WILL NOT BE A Whirlpool brand.

Didn't repair
Just a few days after the supposed repair, the washer stopped working and is the same issue exists.

Home oenery
I have been waiting after multiple in house visits first determining that the air conditioner was inoperable then no parts available then needed replacement. What I can't understand is why the different department do not communicate to get this replaced under my MASTER AGREEMENT??!?

Took filter cover

Did not fix
First of all, I took a day off of work to have my washer repaired. I waited all day. Came at 4:30. Says he did a diagnostic and reset the machine. It did drain and spin out. He showed me what to do to 'reset' it. I asked if that is the whole problem because initially it wouldn't fill with water. So I started a load. Wouldn't start up. I flagged him down as he was leaving my driveway. He came back in and pushed the button again. He started. However, minutes later it's not going thru the cycle. I'm very frustrated and angry for wasting my time and now I have to have someone come back

No one ever showed up
After initially coming to service my dishwasher I was told that a part was needed and I would have to await its arrival. The repairman then scheduled the appointment for the following week. On the date of the next appointment no one came. I called and was told I needed to schedule again. I once again scheduled the appointment. This time a repairman came, however he disassembled the dishwasher and left parts strewn about my floor after he left. More frustrating however, the dishwasher wasn't fixed. I then called again to schedule yet another appointment. Took the day off to wait, only to once again get a no call/ no show.
