Great service but no resolution
The repairman was very polite and professional, and gave great advice; however, my freezer is still not freezing and the frig seems to be warmer now.

The tech was very professional. He was able to explain to both me and my tenant what the issue was. He also explained what the protocol is if we have any other related issues and how long the window for this ticket would be (90 days). Thank you!

Tech was nice and quickly fix our problem
I wish appointment was 4 days earlier. Wouldn't been so sick. Being a diabetic with heart issues it was a little tense with the extreme heat. And of course that's when air conditioning decided to quit. It took 5 days to get someone out here. Sears had been good at getting the right experience for our problems.
