2nd times a charm
Coincidentally Henryk was the scheduled tech on an appointment that I didn't make a week prior. When I explained to him I wasn't home he became a little pushy in regards to rescheduling. Even today, he called hours before I scheduled to see if he could come. However, once he got here he was nice & efficient. He even correct Ed something that wasn't done when the appliance was installed.
