Thor range
Gain was very knowledgeable and patient throughout this entire process. He had previously come to my home for the same repair and was unable to repair the problem due to a lack of information on the Thor in his system. After a few emails the repair was scheduled again, Thor sent the part and Gani repaired it in a short time. His a technician that every homeowner would appreciate coming for a repair.

Best man for the job
Miguel was excellent at doing the job the best he could. The situation was not handled well by Sears. He kept coming back for the numerous appointments 6 and all the rescheduling. He kept ordering parts and even when the parts were wrong over and over he never showed his aggravation to me. I say BRAVO to you Miguel thank you for your valuable work and service and thank you for finally getting me to resolution after 2 months of waiting. I appreciate you.
