The Technican was professional. He wasn't able to make the repair on the first visit. He ordered a replacement part. The return after I received two cancellation from the automated voice. he returned to complete the job. The automated voice message cancel my previous appointment before I responded to the prompt. It wasn't the technician who canceled. The technician was courteous and explained what the problem was.
